first time i shot my gun

It was a warm day we were standing in his driveway. He had asked me if i ever wanted to get a gun at somepoint in my life i said yes! he got it for me and the next time we came over he asked me if i wanted to see something? i replied yes, well as it turns out he got me a model 88 20 GA. Maverick by Mossberg and pointed at the black brids and asked if i wanted to feed the cats i said yes, he then goes " i will stand behind to catch you" i toke my shot and killed two black brids with one shot! lucky right! i got this shotgun at 7 years of age. it has been thirteen years since then and i will always and i mean always remember him like that. someone who was caring and giving. However, i will be forever mad at my parents for not letting me say my goodbyes to him that dreadful morning. i love you uncle cliff please know that im gonna keep the house in the family
