She was a good cook and often would take her famous apple and apricot homemade fried pies to work at the courthouse to share with others. Her grandkids and great grandkids were often found with her in the kitchen making cookies.
Pat was a member of the Eastern Star and a loving, selfless person who always put others first.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Era Dean (Punk) and Estelene Hammit and three infant sisters, also her husband, Ben and a son, Terry Gene Neeper and son-in-law, Ronny Wright.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Barbara Neeper Wright; grandkids, Ben and Kathy Wright, Glory and Rob Thomas, Gene and Sheli Neeper, Britt and Sarah Wright and Genessa Neeper; great grandkids, Trisha and Randal Boone, Terry Wright, and fiancé Ashlynn Rumsey, Gaitlin Neeper, Shelby Hurley, McKinsey Wright, Greeley Neeper, Gage Thomas, Harley Wright, Slade Turnbow and Gerah Turnbow; also, a great grandson, Raylan Boone and numerous nieces, nephews and a sister-in-law, Billie Neeper.
Our heartfelt thank you to Hospice of San Angelo, St. Gabriel’s Hospice of San Angelo, and their staff. We are so appreciative of her nurses, Pam, Shawna and Crystal and the daily care of her by granddaughters-in-law, Kathy and Sarah Wright were invaluable. As well as Dr. Hinshaw and her nurse Teresa and Dr. Kim for always giving her the best of care. Most of all to our God and Savior for getting her and us through this difficult time.
